You can make a reservation by clicking on the Book Now button conveniently located on the home page or simply click Book Now here. You can make a reservation by phone through our consierge call service. Please note that an additional fee may appply. We are a small park with limited staff. During peak times, it is best to book online so that we serve our guests within the park as our priority.

If you have an issue with an existing reservation or need to cancel an existing reservation, please email us at info@fortmorganrvpark.com or text us to our main number. This will get you the quickest service. We also require notification of cancellation in writing via email. Please include your name, reservation number, and a brief description of the problem.

We are frequently asked about second vehicle. We only allow one vehicle per site, but we do have overflow parking. Also, if you have a motorcylce and it fits safely on the site with your vehicle that is fine as well. We do have a limit on the number of pets. We welcome pets and pet owners that are well behaved and well cared for.

We rent golf carts for use inside of our park. Because of liability, we cannot allow taking the golf carts off of our property. If you are interested in a golf cart or kayak rental, these can be added when you book your reservation online.

If you have an emergency outside of business hours text us at 251-540-2416‬. This notifies our after hours emergency team. Include your name and site number with a brief description. For medical emergencies, please dial 911.

We receive seasonal reservations for the months of November to February. We offer two sites types for seasonal guests. Our rate for the Premium Shaded sites is $1400 per month plus electric. Our rate for the Standard Back-in sites is $1300 per month plus electric. We do not rent our waterfront sites at a monthly rate. To make your reservation, you can email info@fortmorganrvpark.com and include your name, address, RV information including: Type and length. We will call you back within one business day to confirm your reservation. Sites will be allocated based on the date and time emails are received.

We are frequently asked about “the beach” and we do have a beachy area on the bay that we created. We are on the bay side of the water and not the Gulf. You can launch kayaks, small boats, etc from our launch pad. If you want access to Gulf beaches, they are just under two miles from our park with public access and ample parking.

Fort Morgan RV Resort is a great place to stay for fishing enthusiasts! Located on the bay side, our resort offers water and boat access, making it easy to enjoy a day on the water. Yes, Fort Morgan RV Resort has direct water access with several sites right on the water!  In fact, one of the favourite activities of almost all guests is watching the sunset.

Fort Morgan bases its site rates on location within the park like many other resorts. Our waterfront sites actually back up to the bay with a beautiful area behind your unit to gaze at the water, throw out a fishing line, or watch all of our native species. Our Bayview sites are in the center of the park and have easy access to the water and many have a view of the water as well. Our Bay Access sites are near the entry of the park. Some of these sites are pull thru for our “stop-over” guests and are large enough to stay hooked to your towed if you choose.

All of our sites have their own features and benefits so if you have questions, let us know. Waterfront gets you as close to the water as possible, waterview give you quick access, but also provides lots of shade with our beautiful trees and natural setting, and the Bay Access provides easy access to all parts of the part but also gives benefits of less wind, additional space for parking, access to sunshine for those with satellite or solar requirements, and convenience to the bath house.

At Fort Morgan, we do not have a specific minimum requirement. The minimum stay is influenced by the calendar. Here are some tips for understanding our minimum stays:

Weekdays: Single night stays are welcome.

Weekends: Minimum of two nights required (Friday and Saturday).

Holidays: Longer stays may be necessary. Our online reservation system will indicate when you book if a longer stay is required.

For those looking to escape the winter chill, and stay longer during our off peak season, we offer monthly rates from November to February. To get the monthly rate you must book for 30 days, but you do not have to stay the entire season. These reservations are taken by our staff and not online.

For those looking to escape the winter chill, we offer “snow-birding” sites from November to February. March to October we offer daily and weekly rates. Please remember to check our website for specials at various times during the year. Also, we encourage you to reach out to us with any specific questions on our main number—we’re here to help make your stay perfect! Also, please not that our old email address fortmorganrvpark@gmail.com is inaccessible at this time. If you use this address we will not receive it. We are working on getting a new address now. We’re excited to provide easy access to the bay, ensuring your water adventure is just a splash away. Whether you’re looking to paddle through calm waters or set out on a boating excursion, your gear is always welcome here.

Don’t have a paddle board or kayak, or just don’t want to travel with them, we’ve got you covered. This season we will also offer kayak and paddle board rentals. You can add these to your reservation at the time you make it or you can rent one once you are here. Watch the website for when rentals start this season.

Absolutely! Gulf Shores boasts a diverse range of shopping experiences. Plus, we’re less than an hour away from the charming Fairhope, AL. If you’re a fan of Southern Living magazine, a quick trip to Fairhope will be a delightful adventure with its quaint shops and local eateries.

You can find events for the area including Orange Beach and surrounding area that are less than one hour away here.

Our rates include two people per reservation. The maximum occupancy is determined by your RV unit’s sleeping capacity. For example, if your unit can comfortably sleep six individuals, then your maximum occupancy will be six. Please note that this includes actual sleeping spaces, not makeshift arrangements like pallets on the floor.

Boat and trailer storage is available for a small fee for our vacationing guests. Limited storage is also available for our seasonal guests at monthly rates. You can add your boat and trailer storage onto your reservation via our online reservation system.

We allow arrivals based on the time of sunset for your safety and convenience. Please note that we do not permit parking after dark to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for all our guests.
