New Policies

Fort Morgan RV Park was purchased in October 2024 and has undergone some amazing updates and changes. Our goal is to honor the history of the park and it’s loyal guests who have visited over the last several decades. We also want to engage new guests and provide new experiences, ammenities, and activities.

For our returning guests, this will mean changes in what you may have experienced in the past. These changes include:

  • We will no longer be offering monthly rates during the months of March to October.
  • Our seasonal months will be November to February each year, and we will offer monthly rates during these months.
  • We will no longer guarantee a specific site. You can choose a site at the time of booking, however we reserve the right to move you to a site that is the same category or better should we need to for occupancy. This will allow us to serve more guests.
  • Sites 1-7 that back up to the water will only be for daily and weekly guests. Should you want to book more than 28 days, the rate will be a weekly rate.
  • We are now a cashless park. That means that we accept credit cards only. Even our laundry facility is equipped with an app that allows you pay via card so you don’t need change!
  • Our deposit and cancellation policies have changed. Please refer to the new policies here.
  • We are a pet friendly, camping friendly park! We have a new pet area and wash station. We also welcome tent campers, car campers, pop-ups, and hybrid camping of all types. Camping equipment must be in good condition, but we don’t judge a camper by it’s age! (Humans or Units!)
